PiXL began with a simple idea: schools are stronger when they work together.
Back in 2002, a small group of leaders came together to share practice, challenge each other and focus on what makes the biggest difference to young people. What they found was powerful, when schools collaborate with purpose, improvement happens faster and lasts longer.
That idea grew.
Today, PiXL connects thousands of leaders across primary, secondary, post-16 and Trusts, bringing shared expertise, proven practice and collective strength to schools across the country.
